·       All dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.

 

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or if an error has occurred in pricing or product information.

 

4. Prices & Payment

·       All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

·       VAT will be charged where applicable.

·       Payment must be completed before production or dispatch of your order.

·       We accept secure online payment methods available at checkout.

 

5. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Furniture

Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order.
Production begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
As these items are made specifically for you, they cannot usually be cancelled, exchanged, or returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

 

6. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and shipping conditions.
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. Any damage or issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, together with photographs where possible.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy is available on a separate page.
Standard items may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Bespoke or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged upon delivery, or not as described.

 

8. Warranty

 

Our furniture is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified with your purchase.
This warranty does not cover:

·       Normal wear and tear

·       Accidental damage

·       Misuse or neglect

·       Improper assembly or maintenance

·       Damage caused by incorrect cleaning products

 

9. Furniture Care

 

To maintain the quality and appearance of your furniture:

Follow the care instructions provided with your purchase.

·      Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture.

·      Use suitable cleaning products designed for the material of your furniture.

·      We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.
